Introduction

The idea of an infodemo: a demoscene demo powered by information.

The idea behind the technical implementation of Me is to take that idea to its logical conclusion: to implement the demo itself as a View in a MVC system and to have a web based back end having as much control as possible over the demo.

This approach means the demo itself is an entirely emergent, unpredictable being. The trade-off for this is that directorial control is compromised: each instance of the demo will be suprising, even for me: some instances may be unique and interesting and some may be alien and strange and some may even be boring. Just like the data it represents.
