Curriculum Vitae
Peter retired as Associate Professor of Architectural Science after 28 years as a member of staff of the Faculty of Architecture (later Architecture, Design and Planning). During that time he taught a range of subjects including Building Services, Materials and Structures, and was Head of Department for five years and spent several periods as Acting Dean.
Since retiring he has taught Building Construction on a casual basis, as well as assisting with administrative and assessment tasks, and analysis of student responses to teaching.

He is an Associate Editor and Book Review Editor of Architectural Science Review,
a journal founded in the Faculty in 1958, and now published by Taylor and Francis.

Student Study Resources

There are a few study resources on the Faculty's site at http://www.arch.usyd.edu.au/CS/study_resources.shtml . The one titled Design in Brickwork was written by Dr Graham Holland and myself in 2001.
Another title Polychromatic Brickwork was written by Graham Holland and Ian McGilvray in 1997.
